N8406-035,-036 10Gb Pass-Through Card
The N8406-035,-036 10Gb Pass-Through Card enables you to connect the LAN ports in the CPU Blade to an
external network. This card has 8 (or 16) SFP+ ports as external interface. The SFP(+) module corresponding to
the SFP+ port of this product can be carried. A SFP(+) module is an option.
IMPORTANT:
- The connection speed of the LAN interface of a CPU blade and
Pass-Through Card needs to be the same.
- When this product is connected with an external network, it is necessary to
connect it with the network switch equipment.
Please do not connect between SFP+ ports of this product directly.
NOTE:
The SFP(+) Modules are available as option. Purchase the modules
separately.

N8406-037 10GBase-SR SFP+ module
This module is exclusively used for the 10Gb Pass-Through Card and allows you to connect an optical fiber cable
(LC connector) to a network connection device. This product is SFP+ module and supports 10GBase-SR.
IMPORTANT:
The SFP+ Module is used for the N8406-035,-036 10Gb
Pass-Through Card only. You cannot connect this module to any other SFP
port(or slot).

N8406-039 1000Base-T SFP module
This module is exclusively used for the 10Gb Pass-Through Card and allows you to connect a twisted pair cable
(RJ-45 connector) to a network connection device. This product is SFP module supports 1000Base-T.
IMPORTANT:
The SFP Module is used for the N8406-035,-036 10Gb
Pass-Through Card only. You cannot connect this module to any other SFP
port(or slot).
