Press the front panel onto the front of the system unit to secure it.

Replace the system unit cover.
Run Setup to set your new configuration.
Adding External Options
External connectors on the back of the system unit allow for a variety of options.
This subsection provides the installation procedures for the most commonly used external options, which are
as follows:
NEC CS500 monitor
NEC C700 monitor
parallel printer
serial devices.
For other external devices, see the instructions that come with the option.
NEC CS500 Monitor
Some systems ship with the NEC CS500 monitor. The monitor integrates in one unit an NEC color monitor,
two amplified speakers, and a microphone.
Use the following steps to connect the monitor to the back of the system unit. Also see the documentation that
comes with the monitor.
Turn off and unplug the system unit.
Locate the signal cable connector, microphone connector, and speaker connector on the monitor cable.
