Connecting and starting the system

<1>  Set the MODE switch to "2".
<2>  Connect the FPL with the host machine via the USB cable.
<3>  Check that the Power LED is turned on.
<4>  Check that the power to the target system is not turned on, then connect the FPL with the target

system via the target cable.

<5> Start the GUI software.
