Before calling the “Help Line”, check the following items for
possible remedies.
Screen Lit with
message “No Signal”
Poor Snowy,
Ghosting picture
No Sound.
Poor Picture in
PC Mode
No Picture in PC
Mode.
No Remote control
functions
No programme
selected.
TV not tuned in
No signal from aerial.
Poor signal from aerial.
Mute selected.
Not set to your PC
correctly.
PC settings incorrect.
Batteries worn out.
Room ambient
lighting too high.
The TV may be in the wrong input
mode. Select TV.
Refer to page 21 to tune in the TV.
Ensure the Tv is connected to a
suitable aerial
Check connections from aerial. If using
an indoor aerial you may need an
outdoor aerial.
Check settings.
Enter the PC Menu and chose
Auto Adjust.
Change the PC settings in Display
mode to 60Hz refresh rate.
Replace batteries every 6 months.
Ensure no bright lights are shining
onto the Remote sensor.

Dead. No Led lit
No power
Check all connections, ensure that
all plugs are fitted and the mains
supply is turned on. The led on the
Power adaptor should be showing
green
Dead Led lit RED
TV is in standby.
Press either the Power button on the
TV or the Remote control
If your problem is not solved, restart your TV by turning it off and then on once again.
Never attempt to repair a defective TV by yourself.
