 to check new messages in an external e-mail mailbox,

If you have more than one external e-mail mailbox, follow the 
prompts to select the external mailbox you want. NEAXMail AD-120 
lists external mailboxes by name, in the order you defined with 
NEAXMail Assistant.

NEAXMail AD-120 reads the text of each message in the external 
mailbox.
