TO SET UP AN EXTERNAL MAILBOX

In the “User name” field, type the name you use to log on to the 
external e-mail system.

In the “Password” field, type the password you use to log on to the 
external e-mail system. This field is case-sensitive.

In the “Confirm password” field, type your password again to 
confirm. This field is case-sensitive.
