運用・保守について 

保守サービスは NEC の保守サービス会社、および NEC が指定した保守サービス会社によってのみ実施されますの
で、純正部品の使用はもちろんのこと、技術力においてもご安心の上、ご都合にあわせてご利用いただけます。 

なお、お客さまが保守サービスをお受けになる際のご相談は、弊社営業担当または代理店で承っておりますのでご
利用ください。 

 

本製品の交換・取り外しについて 

本製品を交換・取り外すときは以下の手順に従ってください。 

 

1. 

本体装置の電源スイッチを OFF にして、電源ケーブルをコンセントから抜きます。 

2. 

本製品に実装されている HDD をすべて取り外します。 

 

 

HDDを取り出す前に、HDDの実装順番が分かるようにしておいてください。 

 

3. 

本体装置のサイドカバーを取り外し、本製品に接続されているケーブル類をすべて外します。 

 

4. 

フロントドアを開け、本製品を固定しているネジ4本を取り外し、本製品をゆっくりと前に引き出して本体装
置から取り出します。 

 

 

 

 

本製品の内側の左右のガイドレール部分に手を触れないようにして下さい。 

 

5. 

本製品を交換する場合は、引き続き「ステップ2  本製品を取り付ける」の手順 5~8 を実施し、取り外した
HDD を元のスロットに取り付けます。 

6. 

取り外した本体装置のサイドカバーを元通りに取り付けます。
