HANDLING
The following explains how to handle the Built-In LTO.
Setting the Data Cartridge
As the data cartridge to be set in the magazine, use
While setting the data cartridge, do not turn off the server. This may cause a
malfunction or the damage data.
1.
Ensure that the Built-in LTO is powered on.
2.
Ensure that the write-protect switch is properly set (see
“
Write-protect
”
on
page 27).
3.
Open the cartridge door on the front of the Built-in LTO.
4.
Grasp the cartridge so that the write-protect switch faces you.
