3.1 Internal RAM and ROM
Because the internal RAM (iRAM) and internal ROM (iROM) capacity of the IE-703002-MC are set in steps, the
memory capacity is different from that of the target device. If access is performed to addresses that exceed the target
device capacity, the memory of the IE-703002-MC is accessed. Memory capacities are as follows.
