New Message Options Menu
An Options menu is available at the message draft screen and text editor screen. The options available at the message draft screen change depending upon the type of
message being entered.
Not all of the menu options are available for text entry. An option is grayed out or does not list in the menu when it is not available for text entry. Only the clipboard option
is available for field text entry.
Specific tasks may be completed through the Text Entry Options menu.
To display the Text Entry Options menu from the text editor screen:

Press
MENU
(Options Menu) and the option number to complete the desired function.
The following describes each function of the menu options that display for the Text Entry Options menu.
(1) Clipboard
Select
Cut text
,
Copy text
, or
Paste text
to or from the clipboard.
(2) Picture
Select
Add picture
to attach a previously stored picture, or select
Camera
to activate the camera function and attach the
picture you take.
(3) Sound
Select
Add sound
to attach a previously stored sound, or select
Recorder
to activate the recording function and attach the
sound you produce.
(4) Insert Text
Allows you to insert a stored bookmark, signature, opening phrase, and canned phrases. The canned phrases are separated into
three folders based upon genre: Events, Responses, and Questions.
(5) Slide
Select a stored picture to view as a slide before or after the selected message text. Then, select the duration of the slide preview.
(Enter a duration from 1 to 60 seconds.)
(6) Preview
Select to preview your message as it appears to the recipient.
(7) Text Options
Select the color and size of the message text.
(8) Attachments
Select
Attach file
a previously stored file to your message. Select
Camera
or
Recorder
to activate the corresponding
function and attach the product to your message (see
(4) Sound

(5) Picture
above for more information).
