Transmission Rate – The transmission rate at which the data packets are
transmitted by the client or AP. You can set this to Auto select 1 or 2 Mbps,
Fixed 1 Mbps, Fixed 2 Mbps, Fixed 5.5 Mbps, Fixed 11Mbps or Full Auto(1
to 11 Mbps).

Carrier Set - This is preset to the U.S.A., Canada, Europe, Spain, France, or
Japan depending on where the product is sold. The parameter shown indicates
which Radio Frequency (RF) 802.11 specification is currently in use in the
adapter(read only)
•
Channel – You can change the channel number. In case of the Ad-hoc
Network Mode, the change in the channel number is effective. In case of the
Infrastructure Mode, changing the channel number is of no concern as the
channel is scanned automatically. The client will look for AP with the same
ESSID, and automatically associated with the AP.
