Servicing the VFD or LCD
If
the
unit
still
does
not
perform
properly,
you
need
to
replace
the
display.
Before
disassembly,
verify
if
your
model
has
the
labeling
and
serial
numbers
indicated
on
the
rear
of
the
cover
of
the
display
or
on
the
bottom
of
the
cabinet.
This
cover
must
be
retained
when
replacing
the
display.
Do
not
replace
this
cabinet
with
a
non
‐
serialized
cover.
Caution:
Be
careful
not
to
damage
screw
holes
or
cables
when
replacing
the
display.
If
you
are
replacing
the
display
having
a
serialized
cover
proceed
as
follows:
