Troubleshooting Guide

Symptom

There is no
power.
The battery is
exhausted.
Connect the unit to a
USB power source to
charge it.
The speaker hasn’t
been turned on.
Set the ON/OFF switch
on the back of the
speaker to the “ON”
position.
The device
is unable to
connect to the
speaker.
The speaker is not
in pairing mode.
Reset the speaker
(turn it off and then
on again.) Wait for the
status indicator to flash
quickly.
Bluetooth may be
disabled on your
device.
Make sure Bluetooth is
enabled on your device.
Turn it on if it isn’t.

The AUX connector
may be in use.
Disconnect all cables
from the AUX in-
put connector of the
speaker.
Your device may be
beyond the effec-
tive range of the

conditions.
Your device may
not be in playback
mode.
Ensure that your device
is operating correctly.
Start playback on your
device.
