SOFTWARE UPDATES
NavKal
™
software provides automatic software updates directly from Navistar any time the tool is connected to
the Internet. Upon starting the program, you may notice an update message that NavKal
™
will require a restart
after updates have been completed. NavKal
™
software is fully functional when the Electronic Service Tool
(EST) is not connected to the Internet, but the EST should be connected often to check for available updates.
NOTE – Blank Module and Parameter Change programming requires a connection to the Internet.
