Basic Operations
Starting the NAVIGON 5100
1. Press and hold the
(On/Off/Standby) switch for at least 6 seconds.
If password protection has been activated, the

NTER

opens.
2. Enter the password.
3. Tap the
Continue
button.
Each time the navigation device is turned on, the following message appears
when the software is started again:
4. After you have read and fully understood the text, tap
OK
.
Note:
If you do not accept these instructions, tap
Cancel
to exit the navigation
software.
