ADJUST THE SEAT HEIGHT POSITION BY GRASPING RED ADJUSTMENT BAR
LOACATED AT THE SEAT BASE SO UPPER ARMS ARE PLACED FLAT AND
EVENLY ACROSS THE ARM PAD
ALIGN ELBOWS WITH THE AXIS OF ROTATION POINTS AND INSURE THAT
THE DESIRED PRE STRETCH IS ACHIEVED
SELECT A COMFORTABLE HAND POSITION WITH THE WRISTS STRAIGHT IN THE
VERTICAL GRIP POSITION
TO INITIATE MOTION, EXTEND ELBOWS WITH A SLOW CONTROLLED MOTION
