1. This machine is not intended to be used by
children. It is not intended to be used by persons
with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless given instruction and under the personal
supervision concerning use of the machine by a
person responsible for their safety. Do not leave
children unsupervised around the machine.
2. Fully engage weight selection switches. Partial
insertion can cause weights to fall unexpectedly.
Never pin the weight stack in an elevated
position. Never attempt to “switch off” a cartridge
if any weights are suspended. Never attempt to
release jammed weights or parts.
3. When adjusting any seat, knee stabilization pad,
range of motion limiter, foothold pad or any other
type of adjuster, make certain that the adjusting
pin is fully engaged in the hole to avoid injury.
4. Inspect the machine for worn or loose
components prior to use. Tighten/replace any
loose or worn components prior to using. Pay
close attention to ropes, belts, or chains and their
connections.
5. Never use dumbbells or other means to
incrementally increase the weight resistance.
6. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing or jewelry
while using selectorized strength equipment.
Stay clear of all moving components.
7. Do not exceed the maximum specified user
weight of 350 lbs (159 kg).

8. Assemble and operate the machine on a solid
level surface. Position the machine with sufficient
clearance on each side of the training area to
allow for ease of mounting and dismounting.
An additional clearance of at least 24.0 inches
(0.6 meters) is required for free area. Where
equipment is positioned adjacent to each other
the value of the free area may be shared. These
dimensions are the recommended minimum
distances. The actual area for access and passage
is the responsibility of the facility and should take
into account this training envelope and any other
national or local codes or regulations.
9. This equipment shall only be used in supervised
areas where access and control is specifically
regulated by the owner; the extent of control
depends on the users, e.g. degree of reliability,
age, experience, etc.

instructions. The Owner’s manual describes equipment setup and instructs members on how to use
correctly and safely.
