This software is protected by state, U.S. and international copyright treaty
provisions. These copyright provisions apply to your use of this software
regardless of whether or not you agree to the following terms. Under law,
copyright infringers may be liable for actual damages sustained by the copyright
owner and for punitive damages of up to $100,000 per infringement.
