Repair Procedures
Replacing the Fuses
If the device does not function when the power cord is plugged in and the power is
turned on, a fuse may be blown. The Smart Scale has two fuse locations — one
accessible by disassembly and two accessible from the back of the device.
Main Fuses
Required parts:

Main fuses, x2 (part no. 200021)
To replace the main fuses:

If the scale is on, press
ON/OFF
to turn off the scale, then unplug the
power cord.

Remove the fuses (see Figure 6.4):
a
Locate the fuse cover caps of the main fuses.
b
Push in and turn the fuse cover caps, then pull the caps and fuses out of
the scale.

Insert the new fuses: Place the new fuses into the fuse cover caps, then turn
to secure.
