Problem: No Water dispenses from Hot Valve
Cause Action
1. Are customers pressing BOTH Hot and Safety button
at same time?
1. Refer to Instruction Label inside filter door of appliance
and notify customer.
2. Do you hear both Inlet and Dispensing Valve clicking
open and closed?.
2. Do you hear both Inlet and Dispensing Valve clicking
open and closed?
2. Check for dead valve or water supply problem.
Check DIP switches on Control Board (see wiring diagram).
Check Valve Wiring on Control Board (see wiring diagram).
