Chord Type and the Chromatic Scale
The

scale consists of every semitone in an octave. That means that when you play every
white key and every black key of an octave up or down, you are playing the 12-step
Chrom
scale. Since all semitones of an octave are present in the Scale, you can use all keys to form
chords. In turn, selecting
Chrom
as
SCALE

means that you can select virtually any
