MODE 3 OPERATION

For PABX Extensions Only

AAD

will answer your incoming telephone calls after 2 rings.

You can change the number of rings until answer from 1 to 19.

AAD

will then play your Announcement Message to your caller.

Your Announcement Message can be of any duration.

A sample announcement is pre-loaded onto your SD card
named : Recording Announcement.MP3

At the completion of the announcement message,

 AAD

 will then :

1) HOOK FLASH
2) WAIT FOR A ROGRAMMED DURATION (default is 0.1 sec)
3) HANG UP

This procedure will allow the Incoming Call to be taken back by the PABX
System and then transferred to a programmed Extension or Extension
Group.

If the programmed Extension or Extension Group does not Answer the call
by a preset number of rings, the call will be sent back to the AAD and the
full process will repeat until the call is answered.
