“I moved or changed my Wi-Fi network.”
“My Shapes are paired but unreachable.”
Try Wi-Fi Settings Reset
Try to Toggle your Wi-Fi
Try to Power Cycle
your Controller
Try to Power Cycle
your Router
Try a Soft Reset
Plug your Shapes in to a power source.
With the Power and the Brighten buttons on the Controller, press and alternate
between them 5 times (10 presses total).
The Power button LED will become solid white.
This will allow you to connect your Shapes to a new Wi-Fi network.
On your phone, toggle the Wi-Fi off,
then on again.
Unplug your Router from power, then
plug it back in.
Unplug the Controller from power, then
plug it back in.
