Calibration

5. After calibration is completed, press the OK button to restart the instru-
ment and proceed to cell counting.
There is no need to recalibrate each time the instrument is turned on.

4. Load 10 µL of the sample mixture to the slide ports on the EVE™ cell count-
ing slide. Press START button.
