DISPLAY TEST

Interlace mode
Make sure “Interlace” is displayed at the upper right corner of the screen
l
If “Non Interface”
is shown, set to “Interlace” by following the
procedures
below.
(1) Move the &direction lever up or down and select “Non Interlace” at the
upper right corner of the screen. “Non Interlace” is selected when the arrow
mark is located on its left.
(2) Move the
lever to the right or left and change the “Non
PI E-direction lever
lace” indication to “Interlace.”

shows a pair
control panel.
For a single
control
panel (when
two
STANDARD (JVS) conforming cabinet
cabinets are connected for communication-linked setup),
the
cabinet
installed with the PC board is the PI unit.
Press the Button switch 3 and check for flicker over the entire screen display.
l
Every time the PI Button switch 3 is pressed, the screen pattern on the display
changes from 1 pattern to 5 patterns (change cycle repeats).
l
Interlace mode provides more detailed images than the non-interlace mode.
However, it may cause flicker over the entire display and disallow proper
display in some monitors.
If the entire display flickers, change the “Interlace” indication at the upper right
corner of the screen to “Non Interlace” following the procedures below.
(1) Move the a-direction lever up or down and select ‘Interlace” at the upper
right corner of the screen. ‘Interlace” is selected when the arrow mark is lo-
cated on its left.
(2) Move the B-direction lever to the right or left and change the “Interlace”
indication to “Non Interlace.”
