Recommendations for usage of corn mill
Before the first use check correspondence Of instrument power supply (given in section "Technical data) to the power supply of your local power supply line.
Usage of the instrument without proper earthing or grounding is prohibited.
By instrument connection to power supply line grounding contact of plug should be grounded or neutral grounded.
Neutral grounding to make by means of flexible insulated wire with cross-section not less than 2,5mm (or non-insulated with cross-section not less than mm)
connected grounding end of the plug with neutral wire of supply line.
Neutral protective wire to connect with neutral wire of supply line by means of bolted-type connection or soldering with properly cleaned connection point.
When not in use disconnect the instrument from the power source.
Maintenance and repair works to execute only after complete disconnection Of the instrument from the power supply.
Never leave switched on instrument unattended.
Do not use the instrument with damaged cord or plug.
During roots grinding it is prohibited to push them into the funnel and cutting area by hands or other foreign objects.
Prohibited to keep or use corn mill under conditions of high humidity.
Prohibited to work on reduced motor speed and to connect jammed motor to the power supply (in order to avoid possible fire of electric motor and electri
-
cal wiring).
Prohibited to open front cover till complete stop Of rotating drum.
Prohibited to use other types of fuse links.
To avoid power supply line overload do not use corn mill together with other energy intensive devices.
WARNING! Check for correspondence of power supply line to the mentioned on marking plate of the instrument (deviation for + 10% from the mentioned
values is allowed).
Preparation for operation/Operation
Fasten the tool on the table edge or other hard surface by means of bolts, nuts and washers supplied with the tool.
If you need to grind grain, install on the tool hammer rotor, sieve and tray for grain. Close loading hole by the gate. Fix sack on discharge nozzle.
Plug the tool and let the tool to work 1 minute at idle speed.
Pour grain into tray with its further adding when finishing. Grains should be necessary cleaned from foreign hard objects.
Depending on grinding grain and sieve diameter its feeding should be regulated by the gate.
Switch the tool off only after processing all grain poured to the tray, gate closing and complete grain processing in working chamber.
To change grinding coarseness change sieve in the working chamber.
DO not allow Overfilling of vessel for grinded grain loading. This may lead to the damage of the tool.

Maintenance
Regularly clean the tool from dust and general dirt. Make sure to clean internal surface of working chamber from the residues of grain after each usage of the
tool.
Have your electric instrument maintained only by qualified personnel of authorized service center.
Maintenance carried Out by unqualified personnel may lead to instrument damage and personal injuries.
Use only recommended changeable spare parts, mouthpieces and accessories when maintaining the instrument.
Usage Of non-recommended spare parts, mouthpieces and accessories may lead to electric instrument damage or personal injuries.
Usage of some cleaning means such as gasoline, ammonia etc., will lead to damage of plastic parts.
