VBUS8 INSTALLATION

A) Before power up

1. Make the installation with suitable cables to the system ( for sample column
diagram, check the installation guide )
2. Make the terminal connections in accordence with color coding.
3. Mount the entrance panel and complete its wiring.
4. Complete central unit wiring.
5. Give ID to the monitors and panels with dip switches.
6. Make short circuit control to the all cables which are connected to the central
unit.If there is short circuit check the installation and correct the short circuit.
7. And give the energy to the system.

B) After Power Up

1. Please wait till function (RGB) LED is green .
2. Press the button till RGB LED is blue and other LEDs will start to illuminate in
sequence. Status LEDs will be switch off soon one by one. Release the button when
the RGB LED and all status LEDs becomes red. Central unit will restart and scan
in set up mode.
3. After 20 seconds later central unit resets, RGB LED turns into blue, status LEDs
are signalling in sequence .In this position central unit scans dip switches
automatically. It takes a couple minutes. Then RGB LED turns into green and status
LEDs start to illuminate in sequence.In this position give the ID to the items with
keypad. If there is no product with keypad press the button until RGB LED is red.
Then realise the button. The central unit will restart and turn into normal mode.
4. To make sound adjustment ; call one monitor and adjust sound level with trimpoth
on the panel .
5. Call all monitors for audio line test, color and brightness adjustment.
6. Check user manual for door opener and CCTV connections.

Cable Color Coding

Orange : +24 V
Orange -White : GND
Blue : Video - 1 ( V1 )
Blue – White : Video-2 (V2)
Green : Audio-1 ( A1 )

Green-White : Audio-2 (A2)
Brown : Data-1 (D1)
Brown-White : Data-2 (D2)
