1. Mark the painful spot.
2. Apply gel on the marked
site of the shoulder, 1 min.
3. Select and install the
probe of your choice, 1 min.
4. Adjust the parameters.

5. Put on disposable gloves

the elbow to 45°
7. Place the probe vertically
on the elbow joint and make
sure it’s in full contact with
the skin. Push down on the
foot pedal
8. Slowly move the probe
along the painful spots of
the elbow joint.
9. Stop on each spot for
around 30 seconds
10. Cycle through the
techniques used earlier until
current shock shows to
between 1000-1200, then
pause
11. Place the arm flatwise
and move the probe back
and forth slowly on the
muscles of the lower arm
12. Stop for around 30
seconds on the muscles of
the lower arm.
13. Cycle through the
techniques used earlier until
current shock shows to be
between 2000-2500
14. Remove the remaining
gel.
15. Do the same on the
other side.
