Operating instructions
1.
Peel off the protective film inside and outside the surfaces of lens.
2.
Prior to welding, the filter screen is in a transparent and clear state, enabling a clear vision on workpiece. At the moment of
starting welding, it automatically changes the filter screen from clear to dark state. At the moment of stopping welding, the
filter screen automatically changes from dark to clear state.
3.
Adjust the operating mode to Welding or Grinding. While operation in grinding mode, the filter does not react to welding
arc and keeps clear.
4. Adjust the shade number knob according to different welding current and welding process to select proper shade number
(see table on the following page).
5.
Adjust the sensibility level: Stop welding, adjust the sensitivity level to high till filter flashes. Adjust the sensitivity level a little
lower then.
6. Adjust the delay time: Delay time features the time the lens turn from dark to clear state after stopping welding.
7.
Adjust the head gear (see figure 2):
a. Put the helmet on the head, press the adjustable knob down (at the rear head position), at the same time, rotate the
knob counterclockwise to increase the circumference of the headband, or rotate the knob clockwise to decrease the
circumference. See figure 2a.
b. Adjust the depth of the helmet to best position. See figure 2b.
c. Adjust the distance between the helmet and your face. See figure 2c.
d. Adjust the angle limitation position of the helmet. See figure 2d.
e. Adjust the angle behind your head to suit your head form.

Gebruiksaanwijzingen
1. Verwijder de beschermfolie op de binnen- en buitenoppervlakken van de lens.
2. Voor het lassen is het scherm transparant en licht, en geeft een duidelijk zicht op het werkstuk. Aan het begin van het
lassen, gaat het scherm automatisch van de lichte toestand naar de donkere toestand. Wanneer het lassen stopt, gaat het
scherm opnieuw automatische naar de lichte toestand.

4. Stel het kleurnummer in, afhankelijk van de lasstroom en lastype (zie tabel op de volgende pagina).

6. Stel de vertragingstijd is: De vertragingstijd in de nodige tijd om van de donkere toestand naar de lichte toestand te gaan
na het lassen.
7. Stel de hoofdband in (zie afbeelding 2):
a. Zet de helm op uw hoofd, duw de knop naar beneden (achter het hoofd), en draai deze tegelijkertijd, tegen de klok in
om de omtrek te vergroten, met de klok mee om de omtrek te verminderen. Zie afbeelding 2a.
b. Stel de diepte van de helm op de beste positie. Zie afbeelding 2b.
c. Stel de afstand tussen de helm en uw gezicht in. Zie afbeelding 2c.
d. Stel de hoekaanslag op de helm in. Zie afbeelding 2d.
e. Stel de hoek achter uw hoofd in, zodat de helm met de vorm van uw hoofd past.
