4. Install 3 pcs of wire casing and screw (Delivery contents

).
5. Unfasten static line of arms, rise the arm to the highest position, put the
wire into wire casing.
Test –running after install
1. Insert the plug to connect the electric power.
2. Turn on the machine by ON/OFF key on control box.
3. Press FOR bottom on the handle for 5-10 seconds, keep the machine
forward running. Press EBR bottom on the handle for 5-10 seconds to
reserve running.
DO NOT
TAPPING in test-running.

The standard voltage is 220V unidirectional voltage. Be sure and check
voltage show on machine.
▶
The voltage input will be effected through terminals and earth, placed
inside the electric cupboard.
In order to protect your machine, a voltage stabilizer is strongly
recommended to be used, especially in unstable voltage situation.
The damage of machine due to unstable voltage is beyond of guarantee and
no responsibility of manufacturer.

6 De machine instellen
1-SET (instelling)
• De snelheidsverhouding van de reductiekast op de servomotor wordt in de fabriek ingesteld.
De gebruiker moet deze instelling niet wijzigen.
2-FRP (vooruit)
• Wanneer u op deze knop druk, toont het scherm “1/0”. Draai de draaiknop (9) om de waarde in te stellen.
• Het eerste cijfer toont het aantal omwentelingen vooruit. Het tweede cijfer toont het aantal omwentelingen achteruit.
VOORBEELD:
1-0 - De machine zal het tapproces in een keer uitvoeren.
2-1 - 2 omwentelingen vooruit en 1 omwenteling achteruit.
3-2 - 3 omwentelingen vooruit en 2 omwentelingen achteruit.
Nota:
Het eerste cijfer moet altijd groter zijn dan het tweede.
