be seriously detrimental to the safety

dren up to 24 months and up to 15 kg.
· WARNING: Always secure your child
using the 5-point safety harness in
combination with the crutch piece.
· WARNING: Never leave your child in or
near the sitter without supervision.
· WARNING: Always check whether the
sitter frame is properly secured before
you use the sitter.
· WARNING: The movements of the child
can make the sitter slide about.
· WARNING: It is dangerous to use the
sitter on raised surfaces such as tables
and chairs.
· WARNING: Do not carry your child
while it is sitting in the sitter.
· WARNING: Do not use the sitter as a
car seat.
· WARNING: This product cannot be
used in combination with carry cot.
· WARNING: Only use the sitter for one
child at a time.
· WARNING: Do not use the sitter if any
parts are damaged or missing.
· WARNING: To avoid injuries, never
place the seat near ventilators, heating,
sharp corners, water reservoirs, electri-
cal equipment or curtains.
· WARNING: Not recommended for
child-ren who can sit up by themselves
(6 months, until 9 kg) when used in
reclined position.
· The Mutsy Sitter is approved according
to the ASTM F2167-05 standard and
EN 12790:2002 standard.
Points of attention
· Use only original Mutsy accessories.
· No alterations should be made to the pro-
duct. If you have any complaints or
problems, please contact your supplier
or importer.
· All references in the text to left, right,
front and rear are defined with the user
standing behind the sitter
· If required, you can place a sun canopy,
hood or front bracket on the sitter frame.
· The Sitter can be used in combination
with all Mutsy Rider seats from the
2003 Collection onwards.
· The Sitter is guaranteed for a period of
1 year with normal use. You must save
the purchase receipt.
· If you wish to move the sitter, you must
first remove your child from the sitter
and then use two hands to grasp the
sitter by the plastic attachment parts.
Maintenance
· Regularly check to ensure the sitter has
no damaged or missing parts.
· The paintwork does not require any
maintenance but is more likely to be
damaged by knocks or scrapes than
chrome is. Bear this in mind when
using a car to transport the pushchair.
· If necessary, you can spray the moving
parts with Teflon spray (dry lubricant)
and rub this in using a soft cloth.

Assembling the sitter frame (1)
· Attach the left and right-hand tube to
the lower frame. This is done by push-
ing the left and then the right-hand tube
into the ends of the lower frame. You will
hear a click when the tube is secured.
· Take care that you select the left and
the right-hand tube appropriately. The
sliding buttons on the attachment parts
must always be located on the inside of
the sitter frame. If this is not the case,
you will be unable to install the seat.

Assembling the seat (2a)
· Place the seat with the fastening parts
(L+R) above the universal fixation
points of the frame. Push the seat down
until it firmly clicks. Make sure that the
seat is fixed properly and that the red
surfaces in the universal fixation points
are fully covered.
