Using the touchscreen and remote controls
On the top-right of the electric firebox is the touchscreen control panel. The touchscreen panel and remote
control operate the electric firebox's heat, timer and flame effect settings. The touchscreen control icons
light up when pressed. The icon lights and digital display will deactivate if no buttons are pressed for
10 seconds.
Note: The remote control is intended only for the functional operation to the product, it
cannot lock/unlock the flame or heating function, nor can it be used to convert the Fahrenheit and Celsius
temperature display.

Using the power button
Pressing the power button (1) once turns the power on.
Pressing the power button (1) again will turn the power off.
Using the flame button
Pressing the flame control button (2) once turns flames
on and lights the ember bed. Continue to press the flame
control button (2) to cycle through different colors of the
ember bed. Reference the table for more information.

Operating Instructions
This firebox insert features conveniently separate controls for the flame effect and heat control.
This feature allows you to operate the unit in 2 different ways;
• As a full featured fireplace insert with both flame effect and heater operating simultaneously.
• As a visual effect with flame effect only. (i.e. no heating cycle)
NOTE:
This firebox insert is not designed to operate in “heat” only mode without a flame effect.
