STEP 12:
Threading of Cable for Lat/Low Row Station
There are 2 cables. The top cable goes over the forward most top pulley then
under the top pulley of the dual pulley assembly. It then goes over two
consecutive pulleys, feeds down thru a hole on the cross tube above the weight
stack and screws into the selector stem on the weight stack. The lower cable
goes under that lower pulley on the support column and attaches to the rowing
handle with the other cable going over the lower pulley on the dual pulley
assembly the down to attach to the lower frame at the base.
