STEP 13:
Threading of Cable for Leg Ext/Curl Station
Screw the one end of the cable into the selector stem on the weight stack.
Thread the cable up and over the pulley in the weight frame. The cable
continues down and under a set of 2 pulleys extending out from the frame. It
continues up and under the pulley on the vertical tube with the pulley built in.
It then goes under the pulley attached to the cam and around the cam itself
attaching to the with the ball end slipping into the open receptacle on the cam
perimeter.
