Step  3.  Assembly  of  the  Lat/Hi-Low  Pulley 
Boom, Vertical Support tubing for Boom and 
Adjustable Hi/Low Square Tubing. 

Note  the  positions  and  order  of  the  nuts,  bolts,  and  washers.    The  order  of 

assembly is the Lat/Hi-Lo Pulley Boom first attaching to the main tower.    Then 

attach  the  Vertical  Support  Tube  and  Hi/Low  tubing  to  the  underside  of  the 

Boom in the positions shown.
