Circulated:
This valuable feature can be initiated directly
from the MFP control panel or from the
desktop. Users simply select the document
to be circulated (be it a hard copy document
scanned from the document feeder or a
document already stored on the device hard
drive), choose the recipients, add a subject
line and comment, and send the job.
From the OfficeBridge Pro utility, the sender
can see the list of recipients and those who
have viewed the document.
The same list of document processing
options are available as found on the
previous screens.
The InfoMonitor utility notifies users when
new documents enter their circulation folder.
