
Ignition does not take place immediately but after a preheating time followed by a prepurge
time of about 30 s.
If no fuel flows to the burner within 4 s, the heater goes automatically to lock-out mode.
In this case, check and eliminate the possible causes of lock-out, then press the RESET
button to restart the heater.
If the heater does not start, please check that the front radiator is not directly exposed to
intense lights (sun, lamps, etc.) as they may interfere with the operation of the burner control
unit. Should this occur, position the unit properly or protect it from excessive light.
NEVER SWITCH THE HEATER OFF BY DISCONNECTING IT FROM MAINS. SET
SWITCH TO “OFF” POSITION BEFORE!
6. CLEANING AND SERVICING
UNPLUG THE HEATER BEFORE CLEANING OR SERVICING THE HEATER.
ENSURE THAT THE UNIT IS CHECKED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN AT LEAST ONCE
A YEAR.
MAIN FILTER: replace fuel filter cartridge if you see water or dirt particles in the filter glass
and at least every 200-300 operating hours.
FUEL: empty the tank and fill with clean fuel if the fuel is dirt or mixed with water.

7. TROUBLE-SHOOTING
ALL ELECTRICAL SERVICING MUST BE CARRIED OUT ONLY BY A QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN.
DISCONNECT THE HEATER FROM MAINS BEFORE ANY SERVICING/REPAIR.
