Chapter 4 - Green PC
Function
The CommPlete 4000 is equipped with a “green function” that
allows it to operate using reduced electrical power when the
machine is inactive. When in green mode, the CommPlete 4000
slows down and shuts down certain computer functions in order
to reduce power consumption. There are three reduced-power
operating modes (presented in order of increasing power
savings):
(1) CPU Doze Mode,
(2) System Standby Mode,
(3) System Suspend Mode .
By default, however, the green function is turned off.
