Setting

Description

CSID

Called Subscriber Identification, text or numeric value, usually company name or fax
number.

Delivery Reports

Sets when delivery reports are printed. Options are:

Errors only

Always

Never

Lines to Skip

Defines number of raster lines to remove from top of a page. Use this to drop the
analog fax device's header and replace it with an etherFAX supplied header.

Enabled

Enable or disable the device.

Send Enabled

Enables the device for send fax functionality.

Receive Enabled

Enables the device for receive fax functionality.

Removing a Device

To delete device from in the etherFAX Client Portal:

1.

Click

Remove

to the right of the device you want to delete.

2.

Confirm the removal.

Assigning DIDs/TFNs to a Device

You can assign any number currently provisioned to your etherFAX account to an etherFAX A2E device. Assigning a
number to the device allows it to receive faxes sent to the specified number(s) and print them out via the attached
analog fax device.

To assign a DID or TFN to a device:

1.

In the etherFax Client Portal, go to A2E devices and select

Edit

for the device you want to assign the DID

to.

2.

Choose the number you want to add from the drop-down near the bottom of the form. This drop-down
lists all the available numbers on the etherFAX account.

3.

Click

Assign DID

.

4.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each number you want to add.

5.

Click

Save

. The numbers are attached to that device.
