Q: I can´t find the drive on my computer, why?
A: Please make sure your drive is not adjusted to “Master”.
Also verify the section 6.0 to initialize your drive.
Q: After plugging the USB, the drive is not working, why?
A: That usually means that the power adapter is not connected yet, and this is
the reason why the device is not on (for 3,5” HDD Case).
Q: After installing the driver, why is it still recognized as an “Unknown Device”?
A: It means that the installation process wasn´t successful. Please try again.
Q: May I use an external USB hub?
A: Yes, an external USB hub works exactly the same way the USB ports on
your computer do.
Q: My computer does not have an USB 3.0 port. May I use an adapter client
for USB 3.0?
A: Adapter clients for USB 3.0 work the same way the conventional USB ports
do.
