discoloration, corrosion, or odor.
• Clean the kettle after using.
• Maintain and clean the kettle on
a regular basis.
Notice
• This electric kettle comes with
a safety switch to turn the
power off when it detects
steam. Steam may condensate
and drip from the bottom of the
kettle. This is not a
malfunction.
• The kettle and lid may become
hot after a while if hot water is
left inside. This is not a
malfunction.
• Even when the lock lever is
closed, do not tip, shake, or
knock over the kettle. Hot water
may come out of the pour spout,
resulting in burns or other injury.
• Do not open the lid immediately
after boiling water. Doing so
may cause burns or other injury.
• Pour hot water carefully.
Pouring out a large amount of
hot water all at once may result
in burns or other injury.

Cord Outlet
• Pour out remaining water
Leaving water inside the kettle may result in discoloration or corrosion.
• Regularly clean the kettle (water stains, etc.).
See P8 Care and Maintenance.
Leaving stains will result in loud noises during boiling and pour spout blockage.
• Set the kettle properly in the power base.
If the kettle is not seated properly in the power base,
the switch will not turn ON.
• This kettle does not have a heat-retention function. Only boil as much water as
you intend to use.
The design of this kettle requires space between the underside of the lid and the surface of the water. Filling
past the water fill line is dangerous, as it may cause hot water to spill out of the pour spout and steam spout.
Fill Line

Cord Holder
Use the cord outlet to
prevent the kettle from
tipping over and keep
the cord from damage
that could cause fire
or electrocution.
Do not fill past the fill line (water
lines are estimates).
Filling past the water line may
cause hot water to spill from the
top or base of the kettle, resulting
in burns or other injury.
