5 Maintenance
5.1 Maintenance task reference table [QL1]
The maintenance tasks and intervals for this product are defined in the Maintenance Schedule. The Mainte-
nance Schedule is a stand-alone publication.
The task numbers in this table provide reference to the maintenance tasks specified in the Maintenance
Schedule.

Visually check engine for leaks and general condition.

Check intercooler condensate drain (if applicable).

Check service indicator on air filter.

Check relief bores of coolant pump(s).

Check for abnormal running noise, exhaust discoloration and vi-
brations.

Drain water and dirt from fuel prefilter (if applicable).

Check reading on differential pressure gage of fuel prefilter (if
applicable).

Replace fuel filter or fuel filter element.

Check valve clearance.

Replace air filter.

Replace engine oil filter at each oil change or when the time
