7.1.2 Engine – Barring with starting system
Preconditions

External pushbutton “Bar engine without starting” is provided.
DANGER
Rotating and moving engine parts.
Risk of crushing, danger of parts of the body being caught or pulled in!
• Before cranking the engine with starter system, make sure that there are no persons in the en-
gine's danger zone.
Engine – Barring with starting system
1.
Press pushbutton “Bar engine without starting” and hold it.
2.
Let the crankshaft rotate until oil pressure is indicated, but not longer than 10 seconds.
3.
Repeat this procedure after approx. 20 seconds if required.
