■How to Swing Correctly ■Recommended Range of Exercise

Recommended Range for Normal Exercises
1. Hold the mouthpiece with your lips.
2. Shake your head up and down to swing the
weights on both sides.
Please hold the mouthpiece with your lips
instead of teeth.
It is recommended to exercise directly in
front of a mirror.
It may be difficult to exercise if you strain your neck or
shoulders too much. Try to keep your neck and shoulders
relaxed, swing gently.
• Please verify that there is no object, person or pet
around you.
• Do not use the product unless each part is properly
attached. Otherwise, it may cause injuries or
damages.
• Do not use the product with your head down. You
may not be able to obtain a desired effect after
exercising or the swing bar may fall down.
• If a pain or discomfort occurred during or after use,
stop using immediately and consult with a medical
specialist.
• Do not increase the duration or intensity of
exercise rapidly.
• The effects of the product vary from person to person.
•
Swing the balance weights within the
recommended range. If you make an excessive
swing, the mouthpiece may be disconnected from
the swing bar, preventing the weights from properly
moving symmetrically.
• When you use the product for the first time, it is recommended
to swing the balance weights within the range between your nose
and below your chin.
• When you are ready for normal exercise, you may increase the
intensity of exercise by increasing the swing range or attaching
heavier balance weights.
• The target range is between your eyebrows and the base of your
neck.
