4 How to Use
■Recommended Duration of Exercise
<Proper Way to Exercise>
■How to Hold the Mouthpiece Properly in Your Mouth
1.Open your mouth wide.
2.Put the mouthpiece
between your lips.
3. Hold the mouthpiece
with your lips.
30 seconds, twice a day
Make sure to put balance weights of the same
color on both sides.
Do not replace the mouthpiece with any other object.
* Otherwise, it may cause damages to the product or
injuries.
• Before using, please remove the mouthpiece case and
wash the mouthpiece thoroughly with water. Then, wipe
until completely dry.
• Using the product after having foods with strong colors
such as curry may cause staining on the product.
However, it will not affect the product quality.
Put the parts indicated “A”
between your lips.

Do not hold the mouthpiece
by biting with your teeth.
Otherwise, you will not be
able to obtain a desired
effect after exercising.
If you hold the mouthpiece
by sucking it lightly, it will
be relatively stable.
Do not
bite the
mouthpiece
with your
teeth.
• The product may cause excessive physical strain if you use
it for a prolonged period. It's suggested to exercise according
to the recommended duration and range of exercise.
• Use the product for a short time when you use it for the
first time.
• Please limit each set of exercise to a maximum of 90 seconds.
• If you would like to use it continuously, please wait for
about one minute before starting another set of exercise.

Insert the mouthpiece to
the joint core straight until
the end.
Insert one side of the
balance weight to a weight
hole (1) and snap on
another side (2).
Remove the balance weight
by bending the weight hole
as the picture showing on
the left.
* It will be hard to remove the
mouthpiece if you install the
mouthpiece tightly.
* Do not turn the
mouthpiece outward
while removing it.
Hold the swing bar
tightly and pull out the
mouthpiece straightly by
holding the shaded parts of
the mouthpiece lightly as
the picture showing on the
left.

try to take out the balance weights, and
wet the mouthpiece as you pull.
• When using the device, please
