In the Effects tag, you are able to adjust the Window Drawing Enhance-
ments and W indows Color Keying.

Window Drawing Enhancements

1.

Automatically activate windows under cursor:

 Makes windows

under the cursor become active.

2.

Make windows minimize and maximize faster:

 Accelerates the

Open Maximize, and Restore window functions.

Make Windows transparent when dragged:

 Enables window trans-

parency when windows are dragged.  W indows become transpar-
ent as you hold down the mouse button while on the window
