JUICING TIPS
1.
It is recommended to use fresh fruits and vegetables that contain a large amount of juice,
such as: pineapples, beets, celery, apples, cucumbers, melons, tomatoes, mandarins, grapes,
etc.
2.
Fruits and vegetables with a thin skin, peeling is not required. Before processing, you must
remove the thick skin from fruits and vegetables such as mandarins, oranges, pineapples and
raw beets. Also, remove seeds from citrus due to their bitter taste.
3.
In the case of apples, the amount of juice obtained depends on the type. The clear juice is
obtained from juicy apples, but the choice of apple type depends on the needs of the user.
4.
Freshly prepared apple juice quickly darkens. To slow this process, you can add a few drops
of lemon juice.
5.
Fruits containing starch (such as banana, papaya, avocado, figs and mangoes) are not suita-
ble for processing into juice.
