BEFORE USE
NOTE! The sharpener is intended only for knives with steel blade.
NOTE! Do not use the sharpener for knives with damaged blade. This may cause damage to the appliance.

Before sharpening always clean thoroughly and dry the knife, scissors.
2.
Drag the entire blade along the grinding discs at a an appropriate pace and speed.
NOTE! Do not stop the movement of blade while it is in contact with grinding discs.

Drag the knife blade alternately through both holes of the knife sharpening slot (3). This will
ensure even sharpening on both sides of the knife.
NOTE! This does not apply to knives with special blade which may be sharpened only on one side.
USAGE
Grinding discs with gradation of 180/360 ensure optimum sharpening effect and long life.
Gradation - is the size of grains on the surface of the grinding discs. The greater gradation, the
smoother the grinding disc. In case of electric knife sharpeners, greater gradation of discs means
greater precision of sharpening.
