TRIMMING
STEP 1 - NECK
1.
Install an additional 3mm or 6 mm attachment.
2.
Position the cutting edge and start cutting from
the center of the head at the base of the neck –
see Figure 5.

Hold the clipper comfortably in your hand –
lightly pressing it against the head with the
comb’s teeth facing up. Gradually and slowly move the clipper up
and down. Trim a small amount of hair in one move.

Then gradually raise the clipper’s head towards you. Continue to
trim the back of the head from the base of the neck up to the top
part of ears.
STEP 2 – BACK OF THE HEAD
Change the attachment (9 mm or 12 mm) and trim the back part of
the head – see Figure 6.
STEP 3 – SIDES OF THE HEAD
Change to one of the shorter attachments (3 mm or 6 mm). Cut
sideburns directly in front of the ears. Then change the attachment
(longer: 9 mm or 12 mm) and trim up to the head – see Figure 7.
STEP 4 TOP OF THE HEAD

When using the additional attachment (9mm or 12 mm), trim the
top of the head from the tip to the direction opposite to the di-
rection of the hair growth – see Figure 8. In some cases, it may be
necessary to change the direction or trim from front to back.
