WORK LEVEL SYSTEM
Equipment work level has the function of making the elliptical's pedaling easier or more
difficult. When the work level is higher, its resistance increases. When it is lower, the
resistance decreases. The work level may be adjusted in accordance with the user's
training level. Together with the work level selector, the rotation of the pedals may also
influence the desired work level. As the rotation of the pedals is increased the work level
proportionally increases.
WORK LEVEL SELECTION
To select the desired work level you only need to
press the + / - buttons on the handlebars at the
side of the seat. On the electronic module there
are also + / - buttons which can increase or
decrease the equipment's work level.
ATTENTION!
The heart rate monitor system may be imprecise. An excess of exercise may
result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint, immediately stop
exercising.
